About Our Support Groups
Please note: All NAMI Seattle support groups currently meet online via Zoom unless otherwise noted in group description.
About NAMI support groups: NAMI support groups are are free, drop-in, and peer-led. Observers (including students) are not permitted to attend. Never been to a NAMI support group? No problem! Our What To Expect guide walks you through some common questions and answers about attending your first support group.
Get involved: NAMI support groups are led by community volunteers – no expertise is necessary to take our facilitator training, just personal experience with mental health conditions (as an individual or family member) and a desire to provide support and connection to others. We are always looking for more support group volunteers. Contact Andi to learn more about how to get involved!
Other support groups: Scroll down past our support group list to find additional non-NAMI mental health support groups based in the Seattle area. Or click here for a list of online support groups offered by NAMI affiliates across the state.
