Resource Card
We provide a free, wallet-sized resource card that lists contact information for critical services for people impacted by mental illness in the greater Seattle area, and are updated annually. We distribute these guides at speaking engagements, classes, and other NAMI Seattle events. They are also available for mental health providers and agencies upon request.
Resource Library
Did you know that NAMI Seattle has a resource library of 650+ books that our members are welcome to borrow? We have all kinds of books — informational guides, memoirs, research updates, novels and more. You can browse our collection online at Goodreads.
We also love to share reviews by our members of any books in our library that you’ve read! If you’ve read something in our library collection, you are welcome to email us your book reviews (300 words or less) to be shared on Goodreads to help other readers learn more about these books.
