NAMI Seattle is hosting a free, public event called Stigma Free Seattle to celebrate National Mental Health Awareness month this May!
Join us in community for a vibrant event featuring a variety of fun and uplifting experiences, including the work of talented local artists, presentations and mental health panels, community connections, and a local film screening. Through education, art, and inspiring stories, Stigma-free Seattle provides a place where it is ok to express oneself, connect with others, and talk about mental health. More event details.
