Programs for Family & Friends

Support & Education
NAMI Seattle recognizes the importance of a support network and honors the role of loved ones in our lives and recovery. We work to improve the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to a person with a mental health condition. We also provide support groups led by trained volunteers with similar life experience. You are not alone and it is important to take care of yourself too.
