Family-to-Family course

June 26, 2021 @ 9:30 am – 12:00 pm America/Los Angeles Timezone

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, partners and friends of people living with mental health conditions. It is a designated evidenced-based program. Research shows that the program significantly improves the coping and problem-solving abilities of the people closest to an individual living with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family is taught by NAMI-trained family members who have been there and includes presentations, discussion, and interactive exercises.

Our next course series runs from May 1 – June 26 (no meeting on May 15). It will meet every Saturday morning from 9:30am-noon online via Zoom.
