What does this mean? Gather your friends, choose an activity, share your experience and have fun. We have resources to make the process of promoting your team and fundraiser easy. You are #notalone.
Below are some suggested team activities, but feel free to let your imagination fly!
Be Active! – Choose a physical activity such as a 5k team walk at a park or trail. Do a group fitness day. Do yoga together. If it gets you and your team moving, you’re an active part of our movement!
Be Creative! – Plan a creative activity to do with your team. A group painting session, a bake-off, or making a team collage are all great ways to get people of every ability involved in supporting our mission to end the stigma of mental illness.
Be Adventurous! – Don’t know what to do? Try something new! Your team can work together or independently to try a new experience. Think of an activity, project, or anything else you would like to do but haven’t tried yet, and tell your friends about your experience!
