So what, exactly, does “Your Way” mean for NAMIWalks? 

Below are three simple themes, or challenges, if you will, to help you get your creative juices flowing.

Be Active! Be Creative! Be Adventurous!

There’s no wrong choice, no wrong way to do this. All three have mental health benefits. This is your walk, your way!
