NAMI Seattle’s network of trained presenters, teachers, and facilitators are available to speak to your community about their lived experience with their own or a family member’s mental health conditions. Through personal stories, up-to-date information, and evidence-based strategies, these presentations and workshops are a great way to educate and engage your community around mental health, as well as building your own skills and knowledge.
All programs are currently available in virtual formats. In Our Own Voice has limited availability in person as well. At this time we are unable to offer Ending the Silence in person; we hope to be able to resume in-person presentations for this program in Fall 2022.
