Get Support

Helpline

Available Monday through Thursday, 9am-5pm. Please note: During the COVID crisis, response times may take slightly longer than usual. However, we respond to ALL messages we receive! Email and text are currently the best ways to reach us.

NAMI Seattle operates a mental health referral and information Helpline to connect callers to the support and resources that they need.
Call (206) 783-9264 or text (206) 207-7765. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You can also reach us by email at helpline@namiseattle.org.

For more details about our Helpline and to submit a Helpline contact form, please click here.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Helpline is not a crisis line and we are unable to assist with crisis intervention, although we are happy to refer you to a crisis hotline.*

Support Groups

Please note: Due to the COVID crisis, all of our groups are meeting online only until further notice. All support groups hosted by NAMI Seattle are free, drop-in, and peer-led. Please note that observers are not permitted to attend NAMI support groups.

Never been to a NAMI support group? No problem!  Our What To Expect guide walks you through some common questions and answers about attending your first support group.

Day: 2nd & 4th Wednesdays
Time: 6:30-8:00pm
