NAMI Seattle operates a mental health referral and information Helpline to connect callers to the support and resources that they need.

We host family and social support groups at the NAMI Seattle office and other locations in the greater Seattle area. All groups hosted by NAMI Seattle are free, open to drop-ins, and operate on a peer-support model. Please note: During the COVID crisis, our in-person groups are not currently meeting. Support groups for individuals living with mental health conditions, family members, and friends meet in various locations throughout the greater Seattle area, including the NAMI Seattle office. All NAMI groups are free, drop-in, and peer-facilitated.
