Cup of Comfort

Cup of Comfort is a regular meetup started in 2019 for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) with mental health conditions or who are passionate about mental health issues to connect, socialize and learn with others who come from a place of understanding. We recognize that the challenges of being BIPOC and coping with mental health struggles (either our own or those of people we care about) are unique, and the resources are very limited. We operate out of NAMI Seattle, and this group will be kept a safe and supportive place with BIPOC only.

Email Gabi to be added to the update list, or join our Meetup group to receive updates about upcoming online gatherings. We’d love to see you at one of them!

Please note that our Meetup group and all Cup of Comfort events are only open to people who identify as Black, Indigenous, or people of color. For everyone else, feel free to check out NAMI Seattle’s events calendar for other upcoming programs and meetups.
