Supporting a loved one, family member, or friend who struggles with a mental health diagnosis or eating disorder can be a confusing journey.
Please join Insight Behavioral Health Center, Eating Recovery Center and NAMI Seattle for an evening of learning skills to better communicate and support your loved one while also taking care of yourself.
This is an interactive workshop where you will learn communication skills and self-care skills when interacting with the people in your life who struggle with mental illness. You will also hear from a NAMI “In our Own Voice” speaker to about their story of recovery and ask questions during the Q&A panel to follow.
